The template

What an Honest SEO Case Study Contains: Our Nine Sections.

The structure is deliberately the same every time, because a prospect comparing three studies should not have to hunt for the part that matters to them.

01

Client

Who they are, what they sell, where they operate, and how big the operation is. Enough for a reader to work out whether this is a business like theirs.

02

Starting Situation

The site as we found it, with a screenshot. Load times, rankings and profile state before we touched anything, so the comparison later is honest.

03

Challenge

The specific problem, stated in the client’s terms rather than ours. Usually some version of “the phone stopped ringing”.

04

Strategy

What we decided to do first and why. Including what we deliberately did not do, which is often the more interesting decision.

05

The Work

Split by discipline: website, SEO, Google Business Profile. Concrete actions, not adjectives.

06

Before and After

Screenshots side by side, plus the technical numbers: load time, Core Web Vitals, page count, index status.

07

Results

Only verifiable figures, with the period they cover and the source. No percentage with an unstated baseline.

08

Client Testimonial

Only where a real one exists, attributed to a real person with their permission.

How to Read One Without Being Sold To.

Most SEO case studies you will find online are unfalsifiable. A percentage with no starting number, a screenshot with the date cropped off, a ranking for a term nobody searches. Here is what we do instead, and what you should demand from anyone else you are considering.

01
A starting number, not just a percentageA jump of 300% from four visitors a month is twelve visitors. We state where the site began, so the increase means something.
02
A named time periodEvery figure carries the months it covers. Search results move seasonally, and a comparison against the wrong quarter proves nothing.
03
Terms people actually searchRanking first for your own company name is not a result. We report the terms with commercial intent and real volume in that market.
04
Enquiries, not just trafficTraffic that never calls is a vanity metric. Where the client tracks it, we report form submissions and calls, because that is the number that pays for the work.
05
What we did not fixEvery project has something that did not move, or that we would approach differently now. If a case study has no such section, someone edited it out.
06
A client who will take the callThe strongest proof is not our write-up. Ask us for the phone number and speak to the owner directly.

5.0 / 5 on Google★★★★★· 2+ reviews from Texas business owners

If you are looking to get found by people already searching for what you do, these are the people to call. They rebuilt our site without losing the rankings we had, and the phone started ringing again.

Brad H.Hartmann Bros. Inc.

We went from page three of Google to the top of the map pack in about four months. The new site actually looks like the business we worked so hard to build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About These Studies.

Because two is what we can document properly and stand behind line by line. An agency page listing thirty logos usually means thirty invoices, not thirty results. We would rather show fewer projects in more depth, with a client you can call.

Every figure comes from the client’s own Google Analytics, Search Console or Google Business Profile, and we will show you the account on a screen share. Nothing is estimated, modelled or rounded up.

First movement between month three and month six, which matches what we tell every new client before they sign. Anything faster than that is usually a technical fix releasing rankings the site had already earned, not new authority.

Yes. Ask on the call and we will put you in touch, with their permission. A reference who takes the call is worth more than any write-up we could produce.

No, and anyone promising that is guessing. What transfers is the method, not the numbers. Your niche, your competitors and your starting point decide the outcome, which is why our packages are priced by how contested a market is.

An industrial engine machine shop and a pest control company, both in Texas, both local service businesses that rely on enquiries rather than online sales. That is the type of work we take on.

SEO Case Studies from Real Texas Businesses

These are our SEO case studies: two Texas businesses, each rebuilt from the ground up on WordPress and worked on until local search actually delivered enquiries. Every number on these pages is one we can show you in an account.

We publish two rather than twenty, because two we can stand behind line by line.
